Anthony is UK qualified solicitor who has lived and worked in the UAE since 1987. His knowledge and contacts in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi are unparalleled and his particular specialisation is the UAE Federal Commercial Companies Law. Anthony is the author of legal articles published in the Middle East Economic Review and was closely involved in the publication of the Commercial Companies Law guide. He has overseen the establishment of over 150 companies and branch offices in the UAE since the inception of the Commercial Companies Law. He works closely with clients to provide workable solutions, and offers commercial, pragmatic and practical advice.

Hayley is a South African qualified attorney, notary public and conveyancer, who has been in Dubai since 1998, during which time she worked for 6 years with Clifford Chance as a Senior Associate in their Dubai office. Hayley has substantial experience in advising international clients on all aspects of UAE law, including advising companies on setting up a presence in the UAE, commercial agencies and employment. Hayley is able to assist clients in identifying the appropriate commercial vehicle for their UAE business operations, and then to guide them through the actual establishment process. Clients are able to draw on her many years of experience in advising a wide range of clients and dealing with the UAE government departments to achieve the solution that is most appropriate for the client in the most efficient way.
